We’re taking a radical approach – NO MORE EXCUSES. We all know in the back of our minds that we need to exercise regularly, don’t worry we’re not going to lecture you about that. But now we have the research* which makes it a fact that regular exercise is non-negotiable to a healthy life. Our ultimate goal is to use 20 METs a week, most weeks of our lives, through exercise.
But we all need something to keep us on track, something to aim for, something to get us out of the house, away from the desk and moving. Walking/running/cycling/swimming/bog snorkling – whatever does it for you – but do it a bit faster, a bit more often and for a bit longer.
